Automotive Glass

We currently produce a wide range of automotive glazing and glass for agricultural tractors and construction machinery to meet the demand of the spare parts market. Among these products there are two types of windows.

Tempered Glass They are used in cars, busses and trucks - side and rear glazing and low-speed vehicles (tractors and machinery), also known as windscreens.

Most of the panes are properly bent, depending on the model and destination.

In their production tinted glass is often used to darken the interior of the vehicle. For buses, special intensively tinted glass is used, which is coloured black.

Glass Panes for Household Appliances

These are mounted into cookers (stand-alone and under development). In this group there are:
Internal and external glass for ovens and covers and drawers.

For the production of such glass panes, different types of glass are used (clear, extra white, in-mass colour coated, for example: gray, mirror, etc.) mainly within the thicknesses of 4-5mm. They are in 90% (internal glass) panes enriched with a special coating that effectively minimizes the emission of heat outside, so that the oven door is "friendly" to the user, by eliminating the risk of burns.

On the exterior panes the graphic pattern is usually applied by means of screen printing.

The glass is characterized by its narrow shape and a large number of holes and graphic layers.
In combination with glass ovens, to produce sets special mirrored glass is frequently used, the use of which performs an additional decorative function.

Shower cubicles

These are mainly rectangular panes, but also with the corners rounded radius (e.g. bathtub glazing) with different thicknesses (3 - 8mm). They are also made of different types of material - float, ornament, in-mass dyed.

The products within this group are divided into flat and curved glass.

Flat glass They are mostly used in the thickness 3-4 mm and mounted in standard

models of shower cubicles.

Bent glass panes are the filling of the more upscale

product with a thickness between 6 and 8 mm.

Three types of bending are usually used- cylindrical, and in the shape of letters "J "I" V ".

Glass for furniture

These are mainly rectangular window panes, but also irregular (furniture) of various thicknesses (3 - 8mm). They are made from different types of material. Therefore, the distinction can be made between those panes of float glass, typically painted and glass made ornamental glass.

Painted float glass , usually it is covered in full or in part (including patterns) with a transparent layer, which largely transmits light and creates the impression of sanding.

The second group - patterned glass it is not painted, its specificity lies in the pattern (texture) formed on the glass surface still at the stage of raw material production.

HART-SM possesses the following machine park:

They allow to temper flat and curved glass with a thickness of 2.85mm - 20 mm
4 machining centres

The glass processed in HART-SM goes through several basic production processes:

- cutting out of workpieces with rough dimensions from 1600-2000 to 3210x6000. The cutting out is performed automatically
on four-numerically controlled tables.
- grinding the edges. Depending on the model, this operation is performed on multi-spindle
high-efficiency "doubleedgers" (rectangular panes) or on a single spindle
numerically controlled - shapes with angles and other irregular ones.
- drilling or cutting out holes. We use two methods. For standard
(Round holes Ø <50 mm) we use bits of diamond drills, for large diameter cut-outs and holes
non-round use of numerically controlled machine equipped with a stream of water - Water Jet.
- We apply silk-screen graphic durable. Special paint is used for it, whose contents
include the glass base (fine glass dust) and properly selected pigments. The composition of the dye causes
that it blends and unites permanently with the form glass in the heating process.
- We harden the glass to utilize the properties, which create the thermal shock in the glassglass structure.

Panes are soaked long enough (depending on the thickness), until the temperature
640 - 680 Celsius is reached. The glass is then subject to rapid cooling, which causes changes in the structure
of the raw material, which allows you to get the appropriate characteristics of the finished product.
